Anthropology 2 can kiss my…

Actual questions/answers from the ANT 2 final:
23. blahblahblahblahblah. (question has been changed to protect the incompetent)
a. True.
b. False.
c. The Eiffel Tower doesn’t actually exist. The French are just really good at doctoring photos.

24. blahblahblahblahblahblahblah. (see above)
a. True.
b. False.
c. Ironically, the food known as French Fries was originally known as “freedom fries” or “frittes liberte” during the era of the French Revolution. It was a mistake at Ellis Island by workers who have no idea about France that led to their current appellation.

(Blue Book Questions)
After telling us repeatedly over the course of 80 minutes that there is no biological basis for race…
1. What racial characteristics are coded in the Asian Gene?
A: There are no genes that code for race, as it has no biological basis. Even if there were an “Asian Gene” it would probably be a mix of several loci. In the highly unlikely event that it were on a single locus, there would probably be many alleles governing that particular section of genetic code.

2. How many genes, if any, do Asians have?
A: The same number as the rest of the species fondly known as Homo sapiens. If there were a lack thereof, there would be no Asians, and this question would be moot. If there were a difference in the number of genes, it is unlikely that biracial or multiracial children would exist, rendering a large number of people impossible.

10. What is your name?
A: My name is (insert first, middle, last here), which signifies a mix of cultures. (since the first and middle are Greek, the last is English, and my heritage is Northwestern European Mutt)
In the culture of the UC Davis administrators, I may be identified by the number (insert UCD ID# here).
I am a Pisces.

Considering that my answers, according to the lectures/tapes/sleep-teaching provided by the professor, are entirely correct, and all my other assignments have received full credit, I feel fully justified in being a smartass.
